个人简历

纽约国际967地址教授,博士生导师。主要从事植物细胞囊泡运输和自噬相关研究,发现了多个植物特有囊泡运输调控因子,揭示了植物经典和非经典自噬调控新机制。发表SCI论文80余篇,其中以一作或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Plants、PNAS、Molecular Plant、Trends in Plant Science等国际重要学术刊物发表论文30余篇,多篇论文进入ESI高被引。先后主持获批国家海外高层次人才青年项目、国家自然科学基金-国际(地区)合作项目、面上项目、霍英东基金会教师基金等各类项目,2018年和2022年两次获得教育部自然科学奖二等奖(第2获奖人)。现担任广东省植物生理学会常务理事,中国细胞学会细胞器专业委员会委员,中国植物生理与分子生物学会细胞与发育生物学专业委员会委员, Associate Faculty Member (F1000),Plant Science、The Innovation Life、Seed Biology等期刊编委成员。

以拟南芥和豆科植物为研究材料,立足植物细胞生物学研究热点和前沿问题,结合生化、分子细胞、遗传及各类组学手段重点开展如下研究:  植物细胞囊泡运输及其调控植物环境适应的分子机制  植物自噬及其调控植物环境适应的分子机理  豆科植物根瘤共生体形成和固氮共生调控机制
