纽约国际967地址教授,博士生导师,教育部长江学者特聘教授,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。现任纽约国际967地址院长,广东省植物发育生物工程重点实验室主任,广东省华南牧草工程技术研究中心主任。兼任教育部高等学校生物科学类专业教学指导委员会委员,中国植物生理与植物分子生物学会理事,中国遗传学会理事和广东省植物生理学会副理事长。近年来主要从事植物感受环境高温的分子机制和特色植物资源创新与利用,在Trends in Plant Science, PNAS, Plant Cell, Molecular Plant 和 Plant Physiology 等国际著名刊物上发表学术论文50余篇;授权国家发明专利3项。2008年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”;2010年受聘为广东省“珠江学者”特聘教授,2015年入选“广东特支计划百千万工程领军人才”;2018年受聘为“长江学者”特聘教授;2011年获第十一届"广东省丁颖科技奖"; 2018年获批享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。先后主持国家转基因生物新品种培育重大专项重点项目、国家自然科学基金-广东联合基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、教育部新世纪人才项目和广东省“扬帆计划”创新创业团队项目等课题。
